What Information Is Collected & Why * Order Details: Your name, shipping address, and email are collected so I can safely pack, track, and send your original artwork or pet portrait directly to you. * Pet Reference Photos: When you commission a pet portrait, any reference photos you provide are stored securely and used solely as a painting guide. I will never publish these photos online without your direct permission. * Shop Payments (via Stripe): For upfront shop purchases, payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your credit/debit card numbers are completely encrypted, hidden from me, and never stored on this website. * Commission Payments (via Bank Transfer): For custom pet portrait commissions, payment is handled via direct bank transfer. I only use your provided reference details to verify your payment and will never store or share your banking information. ## 2. Keeping Your Details Safe * Secure Browsing: This website is built on a secure infrastructure featuring SSL encryption, meaning all communications, contact forms, and digital updates are fully protected. * No Third-Party Sharing: I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to marketing databases. Your delivery details are only shared with Royal Mail or trusted courier services to get your art safely to your door. * Retention Limits: I only keep your order history for as long as legally necessary to fulfill tax and small-business accounting requirements. ## 3.
