Returns & refunds

Thank you for supporting my art! Please read the policies below before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. ## 1. Ready-Made Items (Original Art & Prints) * **Return Window:** You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. * **Eligibility:** Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original protective packaging. * **Return Shipping:** The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is tracked and insured. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. * **Refund Processing:** Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. ## 2. Commissioned Pet Portraits * **All Sales Final:** Due to the custom nature of pet portraits, these pieces cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. * **Deposit & Cancellation:** A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once drawing or painting begins, this deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances. * **Approval Process:** I will send you a digital photo of the finished portrait for approval before shipping. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage. Once you give final approval, no further changes or refunds can be requested. ## 3. Shipping & Delivery (Domestic Only) * **Coverage:** I currently only ship orders domestically. International shipping is not available at this time. * **Damaged Shipments:** If your artwork arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form on my website. * **Required Proof:** Please include clear photographs of both the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging. * **Resolution:** Once verified, I will arrange for a replacement (for prints) or a repair/refund (for original art). ## 4. Cancellations (Ready-Made Items) * **Timeframe:** You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase via the contact form on my website. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return
