Every pet portrait is completely custom-made, painted in a realistic style, and focused on capturing the unique soul of the animal I am painting. Because each piece is highly personalized, we must discuss your project before any payment is made. Once we finalize the details and lock in your order, please note that each custom portrait takes up to 4 weeks to create. Here is how our process works: * Step 1: Send an Enquiry. Fill out our contact form with your basic ideas and portrait request. * Step 2: Receive Information. I will reply via email with detailed pricing, photo guidelines, and current scheduling options. * Step 3: Consultation & Booking. We will discuss your pet and select the perfect reference photo. Booking requires a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer to secure your spot. * Step 4: Creation Period. I will spend up to 4 weeks carefully bringing your acrylic portrait to life. * Step 5: Approval & Delivery. Once the painting is finished, I will share a preview with you. The remaining 70% balance is required by bank transfer before shipping, once approved. Your custom artwork is then lovingly packaged to protect it from damage and shipped straight to your door. ------------------------------ ## Original Artwork & Limited Prints In addition to custom pet portraits, I create one-of-a-kind original artwork. My subjects vary from vibrant wildlife and serene landscapes to detailed floral pieces, all brought to life with the same dedicated, realistic detail. Unlike custom portraits, original artwork and prints are available to buy directly from the shop website for immediate purchase. * Professional Materials: I work exclusively with professional, high-quality art supplies and paints. Custom pet portraits are painted in acrylic, while my original work is created using watercolour and occasionally soft pastel. * Limited Prints: High-quality prints of my original paintings are occasionally made available for purchase. All prints are available in various standard sizes, mounted and ready to frame. * Safe Transit: Just like my portraits, all original art and prints are lovingly packaged to protect them so they arrive in perfect condition. Because these original pieces and prints are released in limited numbers, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
